Registration Notes
- • At least one author must register for the Conference.
- • Each registration covers one accepted paper; additional papers may attract extra charges.
- • Maximum number of author per paper is limited to Six People.
- • Payment details will be shared with acceptance notification.
*Registration fee includes conference kit, lunch, and access to all technical sessions for the registered author.
Publications
Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers aligned with the conference theme. Participants may choose between two options: (A) Publication with Atlantis Press or (B) Proceedings with ISBN Index.
Key Highlights

- check_circle Published papers will be indexed in Web of Science (subject to acceptance), Google Scholar, CNKI, etc.

Conference Inclusion
All presented papers under category B will be included in the ICISST 2026 Conference Proceedings.

Paper Submission Guidelines
checklist Core requirements
- Original Work: Authors must submit original, unpublished research papers that are not under consideration elsewhere.
- Page Limit: The manuscript must be 6 to 8 pages.
- File Format: Submissions must be made in MS Word/PDF format; all figures/tables must be embedded, discussed in text, and properly cited.
- Authorship: Change in authorship after acceptance not allowed.
- Author Affiliation: Department, College/University, City, Country only (do not include post/position).
- Similarity Index: Authors must ensure the similarity index is below 20%.

- Figures: Must be original (no snapshots/screenshots) or you must have permission to reuse.
- Required sections: Abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review, methodology, discussion, results, conclusion, and references.
- Equations: Must be typed using Equation Editor / MathType (no images).
- Tables: Must be typed properly (no images).

Registration Policy
- Each accepted paper must be registered by at least one author before the deadline.
- One registration is valid for one paper only.
- If an author has more than one accepted paper, separate registration is required for each.
- Online presenters receive only e-certificates. Physical certificates are issued only to in-person attendees.
Presentation and Certification Rules
- Presentation either online/offline is mandatory for inclusion in the proceedings and certificate issuance.
- In case the registered author cannot attend due to valid reasons, another co-author may present.

Prepare Your Manuscript
Prepare your manuscript (MS Word/PDF) in IEEE format and ensure figures/tables are embedded and cited.
Log in to Microsoft CMT
Create an account or log in to the conference submission portal.
Select Track & Upload
Choose the appropriate track (e.g., AI & ML, Sustainable Tech) and upload your file.
Microsoft CMT Acknowledgement
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
